How CyberTech Services, LLC handles the information collected through our websites and applications.

CyberTech Services, LLC ("CyberTech," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at cyberteches.com and to the mobile and web applications we publish (each, the "App," and together with the website, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Scope

This policy covers personal information — data that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you or your device. It does not cover third-party products or websites that we do not control, even if you reach them from our Services.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide. When you contact us, create an account, or fill in a form, you may give us your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Depending on the App, this can also include a profile, preferences, or content you choose to submit.
  • Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our providers may collect device and usage data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, unique device or installation identifiers, IP address, crash logs, and how you interact with features. Some of this is collected through cookies or similar technologies on the web.
  • Information from third parties. If you sign in through a third-party service (for example, Apple or Google), or if a payment is processed by a store or payment provider, we may receive limited account or transaction information from them, subject to their policies.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as precise health, biometric, or financial account data) unless an App specifically requires it and you provide it knowingly.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • respond to your inquiries and provide support;
  • improve and develop features, and understand how the Services are used;
  • diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability and security;
  • send service-related communications (we send marketing messages only where permitted, and you can opt out); and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and email delivery — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.
  • App stores and payment processors. When you download an App or make a purchase, the relevant store or processor handles that transaction under its own privacy policy.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CyberTech, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.

5. Third-party services

Our Apps may use third-party tools to operate and improve. These providers process limited data under their own privacy policies. Depending on the App, they may include cloud infrastructure (such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud), analytics and crash reporting (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), and sign-in or notification services provided by Apple or Google.

6. Device permissions

An App may ask for device permissions — such as notifications, camera, photos, microphone, or location — only to deliver a feature you request. We ask at the time the feature is used, and you can grant or deny each permission and change it later in your device settings. Denying a permission may disable the related feature but will not otherwise stop the App from working.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. You can request deletion of your data as described below.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to address issues promptly.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. These rights apply, for example, under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

  • California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information and may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
  • EEA/UK residents may exercise their rights under the GDPR and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers of personal information across borders.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
